WAIVER AND OBJECTION PROCEDURE

The objection period for election results is 5 days from the date the election results are announced on our University's website. Objections can be made to the Erasmus Institution Coordinator with an official petition. Objections made after this period will not be considered. Objections made by phone or email will not be taken into account; however, official petitions can be sent as email attachments.

The withdrawal period from mobility is 5 days from the date the election results are announced on our University's website. Without valid force majeure reasons (the student must provide documentation for force majeure), withdrawals made after 5 days will result in a deduction of 10 points from the student's total score in the next application, as per program rules.
