Visa Procedures
It may be necessary to obtain a visa for the country you plan to visit, and the visa requirements vary for each country. Therefore, it is necessary to apply to the relevant Consulate or Embassy of the destination country. As visa processing times can take months in some cases, early application for a visa is crucial.
The Erasmus Office and the host institution will provide letters for visa purposes.

GUIDANCE ON DOCUMENTS REQUIRED DURING VISA PROCEDURES
Some Consulates may request the following documents:
Health report (in English)
Download both pages of the health report (Page 1, Page 2) and apply to the Medico Social Center.
Criminal records are obtained at the Courthouse. Some Consulates may require an Apostille Stamp. In this case, you must obtain an Apostille stamp from the Governorship on the back of the translations. The Çanakkale Governorship, Legal Affairs Directorate can provide this stamp.
Salary slips from where the parents work, commercial registration certificate, etc. Any document related to financial status, photocopy of title deed, photocopy of bank book, etc.
You can obtain an English Student Certificate from the University Student Affairs Office to prove that you are a student.
